We have requested that our third-party service professionals and employees take the following steps:
- Enhanced Cleanliness Protocols: Increase the frequency of sanitization of any shared or on-the-job equipment and vehicles; as well as perform additional cleaning and disinfecting steps, such as wiping down all surfaces at the work site before and after work is performed.
- Practice Social Distancing: Avoid direct contact with others (i.e. handshakes) and stay approximately six feet from the nearest person, as well as limit travel and avoid gatherings in any common areas or large groups.
- Personal Hygiene Preparedness: Use of personal protective equipment and staying home if sick.

Service Work: We will continue to service your claim safely and professionally. During these challenging times, we ask you please understand any disruption or delay — on the phone and in providing service in your home — which may be unavoidable.
Safety Protocols: If you request service in your home, in order to protect our third-party service professionals and employees, you may be asked several pre-screening questions to better assess how to service your request.
